Who we are

This site belongs to IAMX (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/607882/07, of 7 Queen Square, Glenhazel, Johannesburg, 2192. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) we are the responsible party for the details you send us.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company if you give it, and what you tell us about your X. Name, email and your X are required, because we cannot answer you without them. Company is optional.

We set no cookies, run no analytics and keep nothing in your browser.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to talk with you about working together. We process it because you sent it to us and asked for a reply. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.

Who else sees it

The form is delivered by Cloudflare, which hosts this site and passes your message to our mailbox. It is then held by our email provider. Both act for us and may process it on servers outside South Africa, under their own data protection terms.

We share your enquiry with a specialist partner only after you have agreed to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we are in conversation with you. If no work follows, we delete it within twelve months of our last contact.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Write to our Information Officer at the address above.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za or through its website, inforegulator.org.za.
